Purpose

  • Import of items into the US requires documentation and payment of appropriate duties
    to US Customs and Border Protection

Actions

Submit an Import Authorization or Import Invoice

  • Submit an Authorization from scratch by clicking the button below
+ Submit Authorization
  • Submit an Invoice from scratch by clicking the button below
+ Submit Import Invoice

Submit an Import Order Request or RMA Requests

  • Submit an Import Order Request from scratch by clicking the button below
+ Submit Import Order Request
  • Submit a Return Material Authorization Requests from scratch by clicking the button below
+ Submit RMA Requests

Process Steps (TS Sector):


a. For TS sector, originator clicks the button in the Actions box above, then fills out the Import Authorization request form and submits.

b. Import Coordinator and Import Compliance reviewers will review the form and produce
the necessary import documentation.

c. Import Coordinator files with Broker and generates the 7501 Entry Summary request.

Process Steps (Legacy IS Sector):


a. For legacy IS sector, originator clicks the button in the Actions box above, then fills out the Import Invoice request form and submits.

b. Import Coordinator reviews and approves.

c. Originator then generates Import Authorization from approved Invoice and submits.

d. Import Coordinator reviewer will review the form and produce the necessary
    import documentation.

e. Import Coordinator files with Broker and generates the 7501 Entry Summary request.
