All foreign person visitors who are not US citizens and not US permanent residents must have a FVR submitted prior to their visit by the visit host. In many facilities a US Person, i.e. green card holder, may also require a FVR request. Consult your facility security officer for specific FVR requirements.
Foreign Person: Any natural person who is not a lawful permanent resident or who is not a protected individual or any U.S. citizen acting as an agent or representative of a foreign interest or foreign company.
US Citizen: A natural person who is a citizen of the U.S. by birth or naturalization.
US Person: A lawful permanent resident or a protected individual.

Cancel a FVR
You can cancel your FVR at anytime
Complete Debrief (AS Only)
When your debrief is complete, fill out the debrief form on your FVR.
Process Steps:
Create a FVR (by clicking the Create new FVR button placed in the Actions box above) if you wish to host a non-US Citizen at a NGC Facility
Submit the FVR to your export management organization and facility security officer
An email will be sent to you when the FVR is approved
If the FVR is not sufficiently detailed for approval, an email will be sent with a reason for return
You will need to modify your FVR and resubmit it in order to get it approved
If the FVR is denied, you will receive an email with a reason for denial
If your FVR is approved, you must ensure you meet your guest at the security desk for the approved location and escort your guest for the duration of the visit
