Hardware Shipping Requests


Purpose

  • International Shipments of Hardware require provision of appropriate documentation
    to US Customs and Border Protection and NGCs freight forwarders and other business partners,
    as well as (in most cases) electronic filing of statistical and export control information in the
    Automated Export System (AES).

Actions

Create a new Hardware Shipping Request

  • Create a new Hardware Shipping Request from scratch by clicking the button below

Process Steps:


a. Originator clicks the Create a Hardware Shipping Request button (placed in the Actions box above)

b. Originator fills out the shipment request form using the shipping wizard

b. Sector shipping, transportation and export management will review the form
and produce shipping documentation and file in the AES system as needed
