Data & Services Export Authorization (DSEA)

Purpose

You must create a DSEA if you wish to disclose data or provide services to a foreign entity. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  1. Sending technical documentation to foreign parties, physically or electronically
  2. Disclosing technical data verbally during a presentation or meeting
  3. Performing defense services for a foreign party
  4. Posting data on the Northrop Grumman International Network

Create or Copy an existing DSEA

  • Create a new DSEA from scratch by clicking the button below

  • Copy an existing DSEA. Input the Request Email, hit Submit, and choose "Copy" from the table.

To check the status of a specific request, input the request ID of that specific DSEA

Modify a Pending DSEA

You can view or modify the details of a pending DSEA anytime by entering your request ID and request email

If a reviewer returns your request, look over the reason for the return and modify the DSEA appropriately in order to ensure proper approval.

If you would like to copy an existing DSEA, input the request ID or request email and choose "Copy" from the table.

Log Exports against a DSEA

You must log exports under the existing DSEA when you perform activity pursuant to the DSEA.

To Log exports, input the request ID.

Close a DSEA

When activity pursuant to an approved DSEA is completed, or it is determined that the activity will not occur, you must close out the DSEA within the DSEA Export logging tab

Input the request ID for the DSEA to close it out

Request a change to an Approved DSEA

To request review of a change to an approved DSEA,enter the request ID and fill in the change request form.
